SSIC Men's Futsal Competition Wednesday, 16th December
Time: 2 - 5pm Venue: Goodwin Sports Hall, Sheffield University
Futsal is a format of five-a-side football that is played extensively throughout the world. It is played indoors on a pitch approximately the size of a basketball court with a ball which is smaller and heavier than the outdoor football and has reduced bounce. Futsal is a great skill developer, demanding quick reflexes, fast thinking and pinpoint passing.
SSICFutsal competitionis excited to be working alongside Hallam University and Sheffield and Hallamshire Football Association. In a lead up to the competition we are offering those teams who have entered the chance to have a FREEcoaching session with a top futsal coach! This aims to provide the players with knowledge and practise of this energetic game.
